Good copy can make or break a design, so I wanted to explore it myself. This magazine is a collection of my text-based experiments and exercises: from naming a design studio, exhibition titles and Spotify posters to IKEA-style product names, brutally honest claims and logo ideas. It’s playful, bold and sometimes a bit too honest.
For me, it was the perfect way to sharpen my feel for language, tone and creative messaging. I also really enjoyed writing the entire magazine by hand and adding small illustrations to make it feel more personal and alive.
